Mother pipes

At arrival from the pipe producer, all MTC are reviewed and pipes clearly identified by an individual workshop number. A visual check is made at random on 10%.

The important transition zone of the internal upset, when applicable, is also rechecked by means of a tracer.

Each pipe can be traced by its number and its heat number throughout the process.
