Double Shouldered Connections - DP2S
DPAL offers double shouldered connections that are interchangeable with API connections.
The features are:
- Easy to maintain or re-cut
- Much stronger connections compared to NCs
- Larger ID, smaller OD, slimmer profile for the same make up torque
- Improved hydraulic efficiency
- Allow use of larger OD drill pipes
- More OD Wear before down grading
- Can be re-cut on existing NCs
- Faster and easier make and break compared to NCs
- Ability to have a versatile string in stock that fits many applications

repair and rethreading of the DP2S.
