DPAL offers API NC, FH & PAC connections as well as double shoulder connections (DP2S).
DPAL provides all API connections.
Machining of connections is done on CNC lathes. Cold rolling of the thread root can be done at this stage.
After careful inspection, connection receives an anti galling treatment (phosphatation), and is visually inspected.
Thread compound is then applied to prevent corrosion.
Upon customer requirements, make and break can be performed at this stage.
The tool joint then goes to hard facing or welding.
